Delivery Policy

All items are sent via Latvian Post or express courier delivery. In case there is a liquid product or a product in glass packaging among the ordered goods, the order is sent only by courier express delivery. We pack the goods carefully, but we cannot be responsible for how delicately the post will deliver your package. More reliable shipment of goods is carried out by express delivery companies, but the cost of their services is higher than the services of the Post and they also do not give a 100% guarantee.

The price for delivery is determined in accordance with the rates listed on the Latvian Post website or named by the express courier delivery, or in accordance with the agreement. You will receive a reply to your order within 3 working days from the date we received your order. After the goods are dispatched, the parcel number is e-mailed to the customer enabling them to track the path of their purchase on the website of the Latvian Post or express service.

When completing or sending your order, you must enter your full address and zip code along with contact name, telephone number, and valid email address. If the buyer has provided incorrect or incomplete information, then all costs associated with locating and re-shipping of the parcel will be compensated by the buyer.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Your delivery may be subject to customs charges, over which we have no control, and which are paid by the customer.

Please note that delivery is by third-party carrier, therefore we cannot be held responsible for the safety of the goods, damage to the goods during delivery and delays caused by the postal system. If your goods fail to arrive, please contact us. We cannot issue a refund where goods are lost by third parties.

Availability
The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In case any of the goods for which you have placed an order are out of stock, we will either inform you about the expected waiting period, offer you an alternative or give a refund.

Credit/Debit Card Declined
If your credit or debit card has been declined, you should first re-check the card number and expiration date. If they are correct, then you will need to contact the bank that issued the card to find out why it was declined and what are the card’s limits. Sometimes you need to activate your credit/debit card for secure online payments, for some banks you can do it via their on-line banking website.
